Harvey Prefinished Door Service

With Harvey's state-of-the-art process, we produce a resilient and durable finish that can't be duplicated in the field. We use an environmentally friendly, water-based finish with a very low solvent content that provides proven durability in all weather conditions. Our finishes are backed by a 5-year warranty.

Doors can be prefinished on both sides or one side only; we also split finishes with two different colors interior/exterior.

Impact-Rated Doors & Glass
Impact-Rated doors feature a built-in 24-gauge steel plate to protect homes from weather-related damage. Impact-rated construction is available for all solid/opaque door styles.
- Approved for High Velocity Hurricane Zones (HVHZ) and windborne debris zones
- Passes large missile impact test (prevents penetration of 9 lb object at 35 mph)
- Structural performance of up to DP-100 (equivalent to 236 mph winds)
Impact-Rated glass is made with laminated safety glass. Therma-Tru's scrolled frame design and screw channel cover add a refined look to the entryway.
- Approved for HVHZ when installed in Impact-rated doors. Approved for windborne debris zones when installed in non-Impact-rated doors.
- Passes large missile impact test (prevents penetration of 9 lb object at 35 mph)
- Structural performance of up to CP-55 (equivalent to 175 mph winds)
Noise Reduction Doors

Therma-Tru Noise Reduction door systems provide a commercial level of performance with the look of a residential door system. Ideal for multi-use and urban fill-in projects near sources of noise pollution, ThermaTru's noise reduction door systems carry a Sound Transmission Class (STC) rating of 36.
Fire Rated Doors
Therma-Tru solid panel steel doors can be installed in a steel frame for a B label (90 minute) fire rating
- 1/2" adjustability in frame depth
- Foam-filled compression weatherstripping
- Surpasses the ASTM E-152 Fire Endurance Test
- Fire-rated door bottom
Reinforced Doors

Therma-Tru's six panel steel door (S210) is available with reinforcing for Door Closers and Panic hardware. Fully warranted as a Therma-Tru door system component, Reinforced doors are available inswing and outswing in a wood frame

Sills

Therma-Tru door sills are available for both Inswing and Outswing doors. Our standard prehung door ships with a mill finish fixed composite sill. Fixed and Adjustable Composite sills are available in Brass and Bronze finishes. Public Access sills are available special order.

We recommend the use of a sill pan for proper installation.
